These practical asana and pranayama sessions present fascinating body-mind-soul perspectives of Hatha Yoga.
Each evening focuses on one aspect from either physiology, psychology or philosophy of yoga in theory and practice.
A session typically consists of:
- 70 min – a concise sequence of pranayama, asanas and relaxation
- 15 min – presentation of study material, questions and answers
- 5 min – an exercise in awareness, concentration and meditation
In English with simultaneous translation into German, French and Spanish.
