Course 7 : From Asanas to Meditation 15 September to 19 October 2026
Each session covers a comprehensive sequence of pranayama and asanas. The focus is on relaxed concentration. After final relaxation there will be a 10 minutes guided meditation practice. The session ends with a small story on meditation.

Tue., 29 September: Asanas and Pranayama: Where the mind goes the prana (energy) goes. Meditation: Calming the Mind. Story: “Everything happens for the best.”
Tue., 6 October: Asanas and Pranayama: Focus on the solar plexus. Visual Meditation. The Story of King Sikhidvaja
Tue., 13 October: Asanas and Pranayama: Focus on the third eye. Meditation on Positive Values. The story of the court painter
Mon., 19 October: Asanas and Pranayama: Focus on self observation. Meditation on sound. The story of the woodcutter
