About the Teacher

Swami Nityananda

Swami Nityananda is an experienced yoga teacher. She has been teaching in the Sivananda teachers’ training courses since 2008. She taught classes to seniors in the Paris Sivananda Yoga Centre for almost 15 years. She is a very warm and compassionate teacher, who shares the teachings of yoga with great love.
