- What is a thought, how mental habits are formed
- Transforming negative emotions into strength
- Creative visualisation: yogic techniques for gratitude
- Bathing in harmony and joy with mantra chanting

Daily schedule:
- 6:30am Satsang (kirtan and mantra chanting, short lecture)
- Between noon and 3pm: Lecture or workshop (1h30 to 2h)
- 4pm yoga class (saturday and sunday only)
- 8pm Satsang (group meditation, kirtan and mantra chanting, short lecture)

About the Teacher
Swami Kailasananda, Yoga Acharya
Swami Kailasananda is Yoga Acharya of the ashram and centres of France and England. Long time disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda, she has been teaching in Teachers’ Training Courses and the Sadhana Intensive for many years. She teaches with clarity, enthusiasm and generosity. She is the author of “The Sivananda Book of Meditation”.
