- How to live your daily life in a relaxed way
- Yoga techniques to increase energy levels
- Guided exercises for mental and spiritual relaxation
- Kirtan workshop: spiritual chants to sublimate the emotions

Daily schedule:
- 6am: Satsang (group meditation, kirtan and mantra chanting, short lecture)
- 8am: Yoga class
- 10am: Brunch (lacto vegetarian / sattvic diet)
- 10:45am: One-hour karma yoga (selfless service)
- Between noon and 3pm: One-hour lecture or asana workshop or silent walk
- 4pm: Yoga class
- 6pm: Dinner (lacto vegetarian / sattvic diet)
- 6:45pm: One-hour karma yoga (if not done in the morning)
- 8pm: Satsang (group meditation, kirtan and mantra chanting, short lecture)
This daily schedule can be subject to occasional changes.
Arrival/Departure:
- Check-in: 2pm-8pm, on first day. First event is 4pm yoga class on arrival day
- Check-out: by 11am, on last day. Last event is the one-hour afternoon lecture on departure day
