Course taught in English, with simultaneous French translation. 

Daily schedule:

  • 6am: Satsang (group meditation, kirtan and mantra chanting, short lecture)
  • 8am: Yoga class
  • 10am: Brunch (lacto vegetarian / sattvic diet)
  • 10:45am: One-hour karma yoga (selfless service)
  • Between noon and 3pm: One-hour lecture or asana workshop or silent walk
  • 4pm: Yoga class
  • 6pm: Dinner (lacto vegetarian / sattvic diet)
  • 6:45pm: One-hour karma yoga (if not done in the morning)
  • 8pm: Satsang (group meditation, kirtan and mantra chanting, short lecture)

This daily schedule can be subject to occasional changes.

Arrival/Departure:

  • Check-in: 2pm-8pm, on first day. First event is 4pm yoga class on arrival day
  • Check-out: by 11am, on last day. Last event is the one-hour afternoon lecture on departure day

Angela Hope Murray (guest teacher)

Angela Hope-Murray has been practicing alternative medicine for over 30 years. She is an ayurvedic practitioner and has studied ayurveda for many years with Dr. Vasant Lad and has worked directly with Robert Svoboda.
