5 noon Lectures

Foundational principles of Ayurveda

  • biological rhythms, and how they influence health and homeostasis.

Agni – the Digestive Fire

  • Agni’s role in burning toxins, maintaining clarity of channels, and supporting proper elimination.

Daily schedule:

  • 6am: Satsang (group meditation, kirtan and mantra chanting, short lecture)
  • 8am: Yoga class
  • 10am: Brunch (lacto vegetarian / sattvic diet)
  • 10:45am: One-hour karma yoga (selfless service)
  • Between noon and 3pm: Lecture or workshop (1h30 to 2h)
  • 4pm: Yoga class
  • 6pm: Dinner (lacto vegetarian / sattvic diet)
  • 6:45pm: One-hour karma yoga (if not done in the morning)
  • 8pm: Satsang (group meditation, kirtan and mantra chanting, short lecture)

This daily schedule can be subject to occasional changes.

Arrival/Departure:

  • Check-in: 2pm-8pm, on first day. First event is 4pm yoga class on arrival day
  • Check-out: by 11am, on last day. Last event is an afternoon lecture on departure day

About the Teacher

Dr. Sreelal Sankar & Dr. Poornima Sreelal

Dr. Sreelal Sankar was born into a traditional Ayurveda family in Kerala and has many years of clinical experience. He combines an analytical approach to Ayurveda with modern tools, supported by his postgraduate studies in bioinformatics.
